ARMADA TOWNSHIP ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEARBY GIVEN, that the Armada Township Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on August 24th, 2026, at 7:00 P.M. at the Armada Township Hall, 23121 E. Main St, Armada, MI 48005.
The hearing is to receive public comments and consider a variance request from Section 6.03(E), Off-Street Parking Layout Standards, Construction, and Maintenance, of the Armada Township Zoning Ordinance. The request submitted by Achatz Pie, located at 75700 North Ave., Parcel #13-02-13-300-018, seeks a variance to maintain a gravel maneuvering lane instead of the paved surface required by the ordinance. The property consists of 10.13 acres, with 4 acres zoned B-1 Business District and 6.13 acres zoned R-1 Residential District.
Anyone wishing to comment on this item but is unable to attend the meeting may send their comments in writing to – Armada Township, Zoning Board of Appeals, 23121 East Main Street, Armada MI 48005. Written public comments need to be submitted by August 24th, 2026, at 3 pm. A copy of the application is available at the Armada Township Hall between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. Monday through Thursday.
