As a planned and zoned community, Armada Township has a code of ordinances. It defines standards for lot sizes, fences, signs, animals, ponds and much more and is the first place to look if you’re looking for what’s acceptable within the township. If you believe a property in our community may be in violation of any of these codes or feel the township should investigate whether a property should be reviewed for health, safety and general welfare conditions, please fill out the complaint form. All complaints are taken seriously and will be reviewed and investigated.
